At Packify, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products by customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color/size variations

    Refunds

    • Refunds are processed only after product inspection
    • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
    • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

      Cancellation Policy

      • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
      • After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed

      Packify reserves the right to reject returns/refunds if the request does not meet our policy conditions.
